    Synopsis : This module addresses the principles and techniques of resource and projectmanagement. It provides the understanding and application of (a) ProjectTeams; (b) Project Planning Techniques; (c) Financial Planning and CostControl; (d) Resource Planning and Control; (e) Strategic Sourcing; (f)Project Monitoring and Review; and (g) Risk Management. Students will bediscussing and working on project case studies. Project case studies will beintroduced to illustrate the connectivity of the project management theoryand the industry using techniques and tools learn in this module.
