Useful advice:

• Close the package after using the product. Prolonged contact with air is harmful for the emulsifier.for the emulsifier.

Preparation recommendations:

• To manufacture sponge cakes and similars, add emulsifier, sugar, water and eggs to mixer. Short cycle mix duringapprox. half a minute. Add flour and rest of ingredients and mix quickly during 3-4 minutes

• If adding butter, margerine or any other fatty ingredient to the formula, they must be melted and addedto the mixure at the end of mixing.
