Dear all,  

The Voices in Dialogue virtual space is ready to use! As we have mentioned before the idea is to have an interactive 

space where you can share different type of resources, namely articles, documents, images and videos, related with 

the main themes of the IX ICAE World Assembly. 

The space will allow you to upload resources in a wide range of formats (txt, pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, zip, gzip, mp3, 

mp4, avi, flv, mpeg, mpg, xls, csv) and even to share videos from Youtube or Vimeo. 

Guess what?!  You  could  also  upload  resources  from  your mobile  phone!!   If  you  feel  like  sharing  a  short  video 

directly recorded from your phone is possible too. 

Go to the site and check out the resources, share yours, or leave a comment and be part of the exchange! 

Quick guide to share a resource: - When you click the  link Voices  in Dialogue you will be directed to the virtual space where you can Share a resource or simply click on the resources already shared that are presented bellow.  - If you decided to Share a resource, you will be directed to an online form where you will create a user and will describe and upload your resource. - The online form will ask you to create a Login user, once you complete and save the form you’ll received an email a link to set your password. - Your  resource won’t  appear  atomatically  since  requires  approval  from  the web  administrators, but don’t worry we promise to be quick  - If you are not sharing a resource, but only checking out others and want to  leave a comment, you will be asked  to  Log  in with  your user name  and password. Once  you  save  your  comment,  in  a  little bit will be approved and uploaded. - If you have any doubt contact us.

The seminar will be based on the publication of dvv international in cooperation with ICAE, AE+D on “Communities” 

(“Adult  Education  and  Development”  Journal  published  once  a  year  in  three  languages  that  was  launched  in 

December 2014). (1) 

The objectives of the ICAE Virtual Seminar are: 

1‐        To  promote  a  debate  and  dialogue  on  selected  articles  of  the  yearbook  AE+D  ‐  Adult  Education  and 

Development “Communities” in order to go deeper and broaden the analysis. 

2‐    To create a virtual space as an opportunity to share experiences on community learning modalities, in different 

regions and contexts, and to inspire new initiatives. 

3‐       To connect global commitments with  local practices, building bridges between  local needs and the Post 2015 

development agenda, the EFA goals, and CONFINTEA Belen Framework for Action.

Join the European e-training for Adult Educators – Share, Learn and Inspire!

 

The AE‐Pro project  is pleased  to announce  the  launch of  ‘European e‐training  for Adult Educators’, and we are currently  looking  for  participants.  The  free  training  begins  on  14  April  2015 via  our  online  Adult  Education Learning Platform at www.ae‐learning.eu. 

The training includes sessions on European developments in the adult education sector,Adult education methodologies in European countries and Policy and advocacy, etc. 

The training is for you, if: 

You want to increase your knowledge about adult education in Europe;  You lack formal training in adult education;  You want to improve your professional skills;  You want to network with adult educators across Europe;  You want to know more about adult education policy and advocacy on a European level. 

FAQ: 

You can study the whole programme or individual modules;  Register online at www.ae‐learning.eu. If you want to follow the whole programme, register by 10 April
