i-checkin enables organizations to quickly
deploy and manage a check-in solution. Unlike
other solutions, i-checkin can be hosted offline,
in the cloud, or using self-hosted infrastructure.
This flexiblity makes it great for workspace
lobbies, construction areas, schools, hospitals,
government, unmanaged offices and many
other locations.
Use cases include security/access control,
visitor mangagement, event management,
analytics, compliance and executive protection.
Check-ins are managed as a user event and
tracked by location. Two check-in modes are
supported, an Officer/Receptionist and Kiosk
mode. User information is authenticated from
several sources, inclduing DL/IDs, email,
badge IDs or from a mobile device.
New user registrations are done quickly by
creating a profile, taking pictures of each
person if needed and signing any legal
documents such as Privacy Notices or NDA
agreements. Upon check-in, integrated host
notifications are provided. Access badges
can then be printed. A rich set of analytics
can be collected to provide check-in insights.

Check-ins are Managed as a Location Event. Events are simple to setup from a broad list of visitor/guest and event workflow templates. Includes adding location details, and specifying any required documents. Once created, each check-in mode is defined as Officer/Receptionist or Kiosk. Simple User Check-ins and Registration. Data collection can be done manually or by several robust ID scanning methods. Options include storing limited personal identifiable information (down to first name/last name) and meeting data privacy considerations. Employee/member look up and notifications are provided instantly. Simple Global Administration and View. Admins can view global activity going on at each event, collect reports, pre-register people for events, add users, and configure settings. Information is summarized in graphical and analytical dashboards. Includes global map view ideal for Security Operations Centers (SOCs).
