Check-ins are Managed as a Location Event. Events are simple to setup from a broad list of visitor/guest and event workflow templates. Includes adding location details, and specifying any required documents. Once created, each check-in mode is defined as Officer/Receptionist or Kiosk. Simple User Check-ins and Registration. Data collection can be done manually or by several robust ID scanning methods. Options include storing limited personal identifiable information (down to first name/last name) and meeting data privacy considerations. Employee/member look up and notifications are provided instantly. Simple Global Administration and View. Admins can view global activity going on at each event, collect reports, pre-register people for events, add users, and configure settings. Information is summarized in graphical and analytical dashboards. Includes global map view ideal for Security Operations Centers (SOCs).
