2nd and 3rd years on payment of a penalty of
10% of the rent at the end of 1st year and 15%
of the rent at the end of 2nd and 3rd years.
Other periods of lease may be available on
request.
Tenants will be responsible for payment of an
annual service charge levied at 5% of the
annual rent for maintenance of the common
parts of the the estate.
Legal Costs:
In the usual manner, the ingoing tenant will
pay the Landlord’s reasonably incurred legal
expenses, as well as any applicable LBTT
