Set up Recovery / Clone device

Your SAASPASS ID is unique for you and also permanent. This means that in case you use more than one mobile application (on different mobile devices) you should only have one single SAASPASS ID.

When you launch the mobile app for the first time in your second device, do NOT click on “Get started.” Instead, select the 'Clone SAASPASS ID' option.

In order to avoid the loss of your SAASPASS ID, we recommend to set up a recovery number right after you get your ID. For that you just need to add your mobile number to SAASPASS. In case you will lose access to all your devices, you will need to install SAASPASS in a new one and select 'Recover SAASPASS ID' when you launch the mobile app for first time. The recovery process is done by receiving a recov-ery code by SMS(text) to the mobile number you previously set up as a recovery option.

Download SAASPASS and activate

When you get started, a new unique SAASPASS ID is generated for you. This ID works as your identification number which all your accounts are linked to.

If you are working for a company that integrated SAASPASS into their system; your user accounts will appear under the 'One-time password' section once they are linked to your new SAASPASS ID (check “how to get your user accounts” below).

How to get your company user account in your SAASPASS mobile app.

If you are working for a company that integrated SAASPASS into their system; your user accounts have to be linked (verified) to your new SAASPASS ID.

There are two different ways to proceed with the account verification:

1) Admin verification: When your administrator adds your user account into the SAASPASS system by providing your SAASPASS ID. In that moment, your user account will be linked to your SAASPASS ID and displayed under the 'One-time password' section.

2) User verification: Your administrator may not know your SAASPASS ID. In this case your admin is able to add your account pending on verification. Admin may provide an email address where SAASPASS will send a verification email. User should open this email, click on the verification link and provide the SAASPASS credentials in the page opened on the browser. When the user provides their credentials, the user account is linked to the SAASPASS ID and displayed under the 'One-time password' section in the mobile app.

How to login to applications protected with SAASPASS:

SAASPASS offers multiple login services for applications: Manual login, Scan barcode, Proximity, Push login, etc.

Go to www.saaspass.com and click on 'Login' in order to have access to your user web portal. This portal displays your data in the same way as your mobile app does. You can login to your accounts as a Single Sign-on(SSO) from the web portal. Login to your company application

SAASPASS offers four login methods for your company application login:

- Manual login: User enters SAASPASS ID / Username in the first textbox. In the One-Time Password textbox, the user enters their one time password from the SAASPASS app’s main menu.

- Scan Barcode login: User scans the barcode displayed on the page with their SAASPASS mobile application. Scan Barcode allows users to login to services and websites that produce a SAASPASS readable barcode. By scanning a barcode, users login instantly to services or devices that support this format.

- Proximity login: Users can login via Proximity which combines two-factor authentication with location-based iBeacon Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to let users authenticate via their mobile device's proximity to their computer. Proximity authenticates users to websites and applications and unlocks computers when integrat-ed with SAASPASS Computer Login for Macs.

- Push login: User enters SAASPASS ID / Username in the first textbox and clicks on the “Push Login” button. A notification request will be sent to the user’s SAASPASS app awaiting login to the account. The user should click on the “Login” button in their SAASPASS app to login.

Extra SAASPASS functionality (personal usage)

Other sections offer you personal security services:

- Computer Login: Displays computer accounts protected with SAASPASS. The protection may be set up by the company for Active Directory users or by the end user protecting their own personal computer. To set up this protection, SAASPASS Computer Connector needs to be installed in the computer. Check www.saaspass.com for more information.

- Authenticators: Public services like Gmail, Snapchat, Evernote, Facebook, Dropbox, Amazon and many more services offer two factor authentication for their users. Use SAASPASS to set up that protection for your personal accounts.

- Locker: Save your notes securely and encrypted with SAASPASS.
