Request for Remand Granted; Set Aside and Remanded

ORDER

On May 13, 2014, the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) issued to appellant a Revised Order to Perform a Restructured Accounting and Pay Additional Royalties (Order). Appellant timely appealed the Order.

On August 27, 2015, ONRR requested the Board to remand this matter so that the agency can revise the language in the Order. The revision would allow appellant the choice of separating or unbundling the third-party service fee and using the cost allocation percentages published on ONRR's website. Counsel for ONRR represents that appellant does not object to the agency's request for remand. Based on the agreement of the parties, ONRR's request for remand is granted. 43 C.F.R.

Accordingly, pursuant to the authority delegated to the Board of Land Appeals by the Secretary of the Interior, 43 C.F.R. § 4.1, ONRR's Order is set aside and the case is remanded to ONRR for further action.
