INTRODUCTION The name Juffali is not new in the energy sector of Saudi Arabia.
Since the late 1940’s Juffali has played a major role in the
development of Saudi Arabia. It has introduced many new quality
products, as well as innova ve services solu ons and advanced
technologies to the country. Un l 1980’s,companies under Juffali
like Saudi Na onal Electricity Company (SNEC), Madinah Electricity
Company and others were responsible for the power supply to the
general public as well as to several industrial units in the west and
east of Saudi Arabia. In keeping with the tradi on of serving the en-
ergy sector of Saudi Arabia and to provide its ci zens the best in
class service Energy and Infrastructure Company was formed.
Energy and Infrastructure Company (EICO) is a joint venture
between Sinoma Interna onal Engineering Co. Ltd. and Walid
Ahmad Juffali Company. The headquarter of the company is based
in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Sinoma is one of the leading engineering companies in China with
more than 10,000 employees worldwide. Sinoma is mainly involved
in LSTK of large-scale projects in China and worldwide ranging from
engineering consultancy, engineering design, civil works, construc-
on, erec on, mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing,
commissioning, opera on and maintenance etc. Sinoma has
successfully executed projects in over 60 countries.
