ENERGY PROJECT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
• Clean energy finance tool– Energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water efficiency
upgrades
• Works through property tax assessment– All assessments are voluntary
• Based on special improvement district model– With a few changes . . .
• Creates revenue stream to leverage third party capital
