Shortened equipment life expectancy SCOPE OF WORK Melink is to rebalance existing sales floor RTU’s to improve humidity control in the store by reducing supply airflow/minimum outside airflow to the RTU’s. Measure and record the existing supply (total), return, outside air, fan rpms, and static pressures. Set unit totals (connected loads are not required) Balance to within 95% to 110% (-5% to +10%) of updated design numbers. Once each RTU is balanced to within design; lock each RTU into full cooling and record an entering & leaving coil temperature (include measurement in the full report). Measure a final building pressure at the main entrance & rear load- ing dock.
