• By asking questions and uncovering details our experts will be able to help you determine exactly what it is that needs to be done in order to complete the project successfully

Step 3: Receive Quote or Rate Schedule

• When the project scope is determined and all other variables are considered you will be provided with an accurate and competitive project cost quote or a rate schedule

• Having a accurate project quote will give you the peace of mind to concentrate on other aspects of your project

Step 4: Schedule Your Project

• Time is a valuable resource • Therefore we understand the importance of meeting deadlines

• That’s why we pride ourselves on having the resources to get your project started on-time and finished on schedule

Step 5: Deploy Field Crews

• Field Crews will be dispatched from either our office in Clarksburg, WV or Washington, PA depending on the location of your project.

• Having two locations will allow us to get to your project faster and more efficiently

Step 6: Process the Data

• When the field crews return to the office with the raw survey data, our Senior Staff Support will process that information into the usable survey data that you can utilize

• This usable survey data will usually be in map form depending on the final product needs of the project.

• Sometimes further field work is necessary after the information is processed, if that is the case our field crew will be dispatched out to complete the needed work (set property corners, stake out lines or points, or gather more information)

Step 7: Review of the Final Product

• Every project is inspected & reviewed by one of our experienced licensed surveyors on staff

• They make sure that every detail is accounted for and use their training, education, and years of experience to make sure that your project has been completed accurately.

Step 8: Deliver Your Project

•Once everything is completed and ready to be shipped out we will be happy to mail, e-mail, hand deliver, or get your project information to you by any method you prefer.
