• Will create:• Up to 10,000 construction jobs.• Approximately 30-40 permanent positions throughout Ohio, Michigan,

Pennsylvania and West Virginia.• Will contribute nearly $1 billion in direct spending to the United States economy

• 76 percent of the pipe will be manufactured in the U.S.• Most of the remaining major materials will be purchased, manufactured or

assembled in the U.S., including Ariel compressors which are manufactured in Mount Vernon, Ohio.

• Projected first-year ad valorem taxes*:

*The tax figures listed above are calculated according to the state tax code based on an estimated capital spend for Rover. The state will allocate Rover’s taxable value based on a distribution of cost per taxing jurisdiction and counties will disperse funds to townships/districts in accordance with local taxing jurisdiction rates. These figures are estimates and should not be used for tax jurisdiction planning purposes since they are subject to change.

ROVER –PROJECT STATUS

Major Accomplishments• FERC filing made February 20th; regulatory schedule on plan.• Long-lead time materials being procured.

• 100% of major materials purchased at or below budget.• Scheduled to be delivered by end of the year.

• Surveys more than 90% complete.• ROW on budget and on schedule.

Remaining Milestones (anticipated timeline)• FERC Certificate Granted – 1st Quarter 2016.• Construction begins – late 1st Quarter 2016.• In service Seneca Plant to Midwest Hub – December 2016.• In service to Dawn – June 2017.
