Palbociclib + letrozole demonstrate trends in incremental efficacycompared with chemotherapy agents for the first- and second-line treatment of postmenopausal HR+/HER2- ABC/MBC. Both palbociclibcombination therapies consistently showed statistically significantimprovements in PFS/TTP versus capecitabine and mitoxantrone, and trended toward improvements versus paclitaxel, docetaxel, and othermonotherapy or combination chemotherapy agents.

Para rematar...

• La crisis visceral -aún sin una definición exacta- es una situación de riesgo para las pacientes, con elevada mortalidad a corto plazo, independientemente del tratamiento

• En CMTN: quimioterapia +/- Bevacizumab. Platinos en BRCA+

• En CMHER2+: Terapia antiHER2...

• En CMRRHH+: El combo de ciclib + hormonoterapia es una alternativa a la quimioterapia clásica, especialmente en pacientes con mayor potencial de hormonosensibilidad, por tasa de respuesta y por tiempo a la respuesta.• Con QMT, un alto % de ptes fallecen en las siguientes semanas y una gran mayoría,

tan sólo recibe un ciclo de QMT.

• En CMRRHH+ menos hormonosensible...
