1. The peer review cycle is itself a very important aspect of learning to do good research. The
points which according to me are important is
a. The Peer Review process begins with a researcher and a new idea. The new idea is what
provokes a good writing piece.
b. Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting the data is where much of the thought in research
occurs
2. The editor ultimately decides what will and will not be published. He also works with the
author to see the work through to completion. The editor may be a full-time professional or
professor taking on the responsibility. He knows the researcher and guides him. Also the Editor
reviews for content, creativity, clarity, and contribution to the knowledge of the field.
A peer reviewer is usually a part of a research committee. He does not know who the author is
and is often called a blind review and a reference process. Also a peer review criticizes and looks
for what is new about the research, will also verify that this is a contribution to the field.
3. I can determine whether my article has been per reviewed when suggestions and critical
comments are given to me on these areas that need improvement and it is generally marked as
peer review sent and received.
4. A peer reviewed journal is very important because the criticisms and scope for improvement is
unbiased and there is no prejudice. The peer reviewers do a systematic check on parameters that
are already designed. Also is considered crucial in establishing the validity of research.
