Working Experience:
1) June 2008 up to date
Hamad Bin Khalid Real Estate Company (HBK), Qatar
Development office as client representative engineer (Project Manager) managing all
private prosperities. Tasks including study the best use for each property, supervise
and manage all project phases tender, construction, commission, handover,
maintenance and real estate.
Responsibilities:
Review tenders and quantities, subcontractor contracts, financial invoices and
payments, construction works and finishing stage.
Reviewing planning and setting projects schedules according with project’s
requirements and specifications.
Reviewing Sites mobilization, sites team including Sites Engineers, Projects
Engineer, Foremen and workforce.
Ensure Site safety and Workers safety.
Check the resources, manpower, materials and equipment required for each
site.
Follow up engineering related activities on sites.
Review proposed scope changes for cost and schedule impact for each site.
Follow up and reviewing the monthly report.
Checking subcontractor’s progress of works for each site.

During this time, these some of the projects we did:
A) Sewer pipeline for west of Jleeb Al Shuyoukh (SE/74), Kuwait:
Project Value: 2,290,177 K.D.
Construction of 1000 & 1200 mm diameter tunnel for gravity sewage
pipeline 5 km length for west of Jleeb Al Shuyokh. The work including the following:
1) Surveying works.
2) Sinking for 54 shafts from 9 m up to 14 m depth. The shafts were having two
sizes 6 m diameter for the jacking shafts & 4 m diameter for the receiving
shafts.
3) Controlling the underground water by drilling two dewatering wells per each
shaft with total depth of 25 m.
4) Executing the tunnel by jacking the polycrete pipes using the hydraulic micro
tunneling machine (TBM).
5) Executing the polycrete manholes permit structure for the shafts.
6) Inspection works and as built drawings.
7) Recoding the lines using CCTV camera system.
B) Subiya water distribution scheme C2 (stage II), Kuwait:
Project Value: 5,650,492 K.D.
This Contract comprises the final design, procurement, installation, construction,
testing and commissioning of 1200 mm diameter under pressure fresh water ductile
iron pipelines 23.5 km length from the Subiya Desalination Plant to Subiya Water
Distribution Complex. The work process including the following:
1) Excavate, surround and backfill include for disposal of surplus material trench
width 2200 mm. commencing level original ground level up to 6 m.

2) Supply, transport, lay and joint ductile iron pipes and fittings with spigot and
socket push-in joints in including polyethylene sleeving (double encasement).
3) Supply and transport, lay & joint valves.
4) Provide and install pipe laying ancillaries.
5) Reinforced concrete chambers work.
6) Metals works.
7) Thrust blocks works.
C) Az Zour water distribution scheme (phaseII) ductile iron pipelines north
& south of mina abdullah complex, Kuwait:
Project Value: 12,415,280 K.D.
The construction of a single 1200 mm diameter ductile iron fresh water pipeline 67
km length from outside the boundary of Az Zour water distribution complex to Mina
Abdullah WDC. The work process including the following:
1) Excavate for 1200mm fresh water pipeline up to 5m depth including bedding,
surround and backfill including disposal of surplus materials keeping
excavation free of water by pumping well point dewatering or other approved
means.
2) Bedding and surround.
3) Collect & supply D.I. pipes and bends with lock joints, transport to workshop
at site including polyethylene sleeving. (double encasement)
4) D.I. fittings.
5) Isolation valve chambers.
6) Washout chambers.
7) Air valve chambers.
8) Corrosion protection of D.I. pipes.
9) Pipe laying ancillaries.
10) Reinforced concrete chambers.
11) Metals works.
12) Thrust blocks.
13) Trenchless pipe construction.
14) Fiber Optic Cable and ducts.
D) Contract No. 24-2005/2006 Maintenance of pavers for general
administration of civil flight in Kuwait International Airport:
Project Value: 4,000,000 K.D.
Maintenance works according to working orders from the directorate general of civil
aviation in Kuwait international airport. Such as remove the old concrete layers and
part from the soil and replace it with new concrete and asphalt layers. Make the
electrical manholes with its plastic pipes. Make concrete storm water pipes with
different diameters. Poring 6 * 6 m2 concrete slabs within area 288 * 92 m2 in the
passenger aircraft apron.

E) Kuwait Controls Company industrial and head office building in
Sabhan, Kuwait:
Project Value: 4,000,000 K.D.
Excavation works, shatter works and concrete Skelton works for two
floors building with a basement within area of 50 * 100 m2 .
