General conditions of participation•ThedeadlineforsubmissonofApplicationisindicatedintheApplicationform.•Theregisteredexhibitorcanresignapplicationwithoutcommitmenttopayforrental charges,beforethedayofFair´sdecisiontoaccepttheApplication.Afterthat deadline,therenterthatsubmittedtheapplicationisobligatedtopayrentalsum.•OncereceivedtheApplicationform,theAdriaticFairdistributestheplacetothe exhibitor.Theexhibitorisobligedtopreparerentedspaceforexhibitingatleastuntil 23rdAugust2014at8p.m.•AftertheacceptanceoftheApplicationform,Fairsendstheinvoicecalculatedbythe Applicationtotheexhibitor.•Thepaymentisconditionofparticipation.Allexhibitorsareobligedtoshowthe proofofpaymenttotheFairsauthorizedstaffbeforetheexhibition.•Theamountforadditionalservicesandeventualdifferencebetweenrequestedand assignedspacearepaidbytheadditionalinvoiceimmediatelyafterreceivingit.
•OpeninghoursoftheexhibitiondefinesbyMenagementofAdriaticFair.Working hoursisfrom10a.m.-7p.m.OnthelastdayoftheFairworkinghours isfrom10a.m.-5p.m.Theexhibitorcannotabandonspaceuntilthelast workingdayoftheFairends.•Theexhibitorisnotallowedtogiveanotherexhibitorapartorentireexhibition spacewithoutapermissionoftheAdriaticFair.•Theinsuranceofthesamplesisatexhibitor´scharge.TheFairisnotresponsiblefor thedemagescausedbydisappearances,destructionordamagesoftheproperty duringtheexhibitionattheFair.•ExhibitionspacehastobereturnedtoAdriaticFairinaconditioninwhichwas submittedtotheexhibitor.Removalofmaterials,displayedexponents,equipment andallotherobjectsbearstheexhibitor.• InthecaseofdisputeofthisApplication-contract,thejurisdictionoftheCommercial CourtinPodgoricaisagreed.
