I have worked as an Instructor, Adjunct Lecturer, Adjunct Tutor, IT Support Engineer, IT Specialist Engineer, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Applications Analyst and Sr. Business/Systems for the major Automotive, Contracting, Engineering, Utility, Health care, Communication, Federal Government agencies/industries and recently I have proven a very good skills in leading STEAM application projects.
I have written to various documentation standards to include Federal Government, Utilities, Banking and manufacturing. I have prepared Cost Benefit Analysis, Mission Needs Statements, Feasibility Studies, Functional Requirements documents, and SDLC documentation. I have also created derivatives of these documents to satisfy individual contract needs.
I have extensive experience in full life-cycle development, user interface, and systems implementation. With few exceptions, I have assembled winning teams, of varied skills to ensure total systems development, acceptance and deployment in the user community. I also maintain a familiarity with several automated PM/SEI tools.
