Content ManagementWe are creating a content management platform in the VR space, like youtube for VR. Our competitive advantage: users can stream live, without latency. Our target market are users who seek to experience content beyond the flat screen tv. Read more about the market here.
Market Focus• While we aim to create a
content management platform, we will first have to create our own content to get the ball rolling.
• Our market start will be our general vicinity: LA, SF, and Vegas. A few low hanging fruit events and locations are LACMA, Getty, Coachella, and the use of drones for parks such as: Yosemite, Grand Canyon, and Mammoth.
ExecutionUsing 360 cameras & drones users will able to capture experiences in VR. All of the items can be purchased below $400, like with YouTube, anybody can be a director, cameraman, and actor.
Why Now?The world has been long awaiting the advent of VR, we’ve seen many science fiction films featuring VR such as “Back to the Future”, “Total Recall”, etc. Now that the large players have invested in VR, there is a need for content management platforms. This creates a huge opportunity for content creators, consumers, and EngageVR.
