    Methods Engineer-Maintenance Planning, Scheduling & Reliability Maintenance (62 Employees)

    Duties:

    Lead improvement project in design, planning and commissioning and managing CBM (Condition Monitoring) and

    lubrication programmes;

    Develop work packages, safe work instructions including support for operator TPM activities;

    Check the inventory on regular basis to ensure the spare parts availibity and raise a PR as required;

    Analyse maintenance work order feedback, perform maintenance history data and cost analysis;

    Prepare job plan and allocate time, resources, tools against tasks and upload them in SAP;

    Forecast and Report plan compliance (planned vs. actual performance, resource used, inventory status, cost);

    Implement a wide variety of engineering solutions to increase equipment availability, net operating rate and

    prevent production losses, manage historic losses, thereby achieving outstanding production rates;

    Test and design methods and Statistical Control procedures thus gaining 98% plant reliability;

    Incident Investigation, analyse and perform RCA to eliminated defects, implement RCM, FMECA;

    from 3438 tph to 3550 tph and cement production from 138 tph to 192 tph; (iii) Prepared LOTOTO procedure and demo

    plant and trained about 82 employees on isolation philosophy; (iv) Implemented 10 Golden Rules to perform the SD
