LEVY PAYING EMPLOYERS If your annual pay bill is more than the £3 million threshold then your company will pay the Levy. If you have used your levy pot, you will have to make a contribution of 5% towards the cost of apprenticeships. NON-LEVY PAYING EMPLOYERS If your annual pay bill is less than the £3 million threshold and you have over 50 employees you will have to make a contribution of 5% towards the cost of apprenticeships and the government fund the other 95%. EMPLOYERS WITH FEWER THAN 50 EMPLOYEES will have 100% of the training and assessment costs covered when training a 16-18 year old (or 19-24 year old formerly in care or has a Local Authority Education, Health and Care plan.) 1ST YEAR “IN-CENTRE’ TRAINING FOR ALL AGE GROUPS

Supply of tools, toolbox and PPE: £250 (PPE is mandatory)

Outward Bound Team Building Activity: £300

Drugs Awareness Training: £50

IOSH Working Safely or equivalent: £100

Road Safety Awareness: £50

Abrasive Wheels Regulations: £75

Two additional units delivered in centre. These include an appreciation of a specific skill are above the Apprenticeship requirement: £500
