Engineers as LEADERS! What do Satya Nadella (CEO, Microsoft), Jeff Bezos (CEO, Amazon), and Klaus Schwab (Founder & Executive Chairman, World Economic Forum) have in common? They are all engineers whom not only have the technical know- how to solve complex problems, but also possess leadership qualities that enables them to lead teams and organisations effectively. The Engineers as LEADERS! programme helps engineer leaders strengthen their strategic, enterprise, people and innovation leadership skills - skills that are critical to lead and win in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous business environment. Engineers as LEADERS! will be facilitated by thoughts leaders with deep experience, industry context and functional perspective.

2-Day Symposium will be presented and facilitated by renowned global and local experts and business

leaders. They will share the platform with the participants in a highly interactive setting where they will share

key insights, scan the horizon and explore trends and challenges that will inevitably impact businesses

and organisations.

360 Leadership Assessment will be carried out by experienced Organisational Development consultants

using a globally recognized, and research-based instrument.

3-Day Leadership Masterclass will be facilitated by a distinguished professor with excellent industry

experience in strategy, innovation and management. Our distinguished professor brings more than 35 years of

extensive research, consulting and teaching experiences from top institutions such as Massachusetts Institute of

Technology (MIT), California Institute of Technology (CalTech), Lockheed Martin and Medtronic.

1-Day Experiential Workshop will be facilitated and coached by seasoned communication experts and

personalities. They will create a high learning impact learning environment within a short period of time by

immersing participants in a mock boardroom environment. The experience brings participants a realistic

practice experience.

Online Learning will be taught by leading experts or renowned global institutions with high user ratings. These
