-Bon Pastor is a neighbourhood in Barcelona.-The “ Cheap Houses “ were the first houses

built in 1929 in Bon Pastor.-The ” Cheap Houses” are modest, one floor and

very small.

• -People from the south of Spain came to Bon Pastor because they wanted to work in the factories.

• -The factories paid the minimum wage.

• -The founder of Bon Pastor Church was Father Bottle( Padre Botella ).

• -His real name was Father Joan Cortinas.• -People called him father Bottle because he

collected empty bottles to get money to build the church and the school.

• Bon Pastor has a church, a market, a swimming pool, a civic center, track of tennis, two field of football, one track of basketball,

the library, three schools( Bon Pastor, Cristofor Colom and Bernat Boi), the shopping center…

• -In 1939 Bon Pastor haven’t got any education.• -In april 16th in 1961 to place the first stoner

in the school.• - In 1964 begin the classes in the school Bon

Pastor. • -The first year the school has 160 students.
