1- Writing a Biography:
Taha Hussein was a famous Arab writer. He was born on 14th November, 1889 in Egypt. At the age of three, he became blind because he had a very bad eye infection. At school his teachers loved him because he was an excellent student. He studied religion and Arabic literature at the Sorbonne University, France. When he returned to Egypt, he worked as a professor of Arabic literature at the University of Cairo. He then wrote many novels and essays. He published his best known book El Ayyam in 1932. Finally, he died in Cairo in 1973 at the age of 84 after he marked his life with his great literary works.
2- Writing a Recipe:
First of all, take some fresh fruits and wash them. Then, cut the fruits into small pieces with a clean knife. Next, put the pieces in a small bowl and add some sugar or juice. After that, mix well with a spoon and keep it in the freezer. Wait for 20 minutes. Finally, enjoy eating your fruit salad. Remember that it is very healthy to eat fruits.
3- A Letter While On Holiday:
Dear Ahmed, Hi! How're you? I'm very happy to write to you this letter. Believe me, I miss you so much. Well, I'm spending my Summer holiday with my family here in Dubai. I love this city. It's wonderful. There're tons of things to do here. We've been to the museum of the city. It looks magnificent. Also, we did some shopping. You know, prices here are not very expensive. Besides, you can find everything you need in Dubai. At the moment, I'm having my dinner with my family at the Arab Tower. Food here is the best in the world. It's so delicious. In fact, I'm so lucky to be here in Dubai. The weather is very nice this week and the sun is shining all day. We're really enjoying ourselves.
