    A conjunction is a joiner, a word that connects(conjoins) parts of a sentence.

    There are three types of conjunctions:

    a) Coordinating conjunction

    b) Correlative conjunction

    ) Subordinating conjunction

    What is Correlative Conjunction?Some conjunctions combine with other words to form what

    are called correlative conjunctions. They always travelin pairs, joining various sentence elements that should be

    treated as grammatically equal.Correlative conjunction also connect words or group of

    words

    What is Subordinating Conjunction?

    This conjunction cannot stand alone as a sentence. They begin a clause

    that cannot stand alone and join it to a clause that can stand alone. A clause is a group of words with a subject and verb.
