P: I seem to be getting very short of breath nowadays, so Ithought it best to come in to see you. I also feel a tightness in
my chest.I seem to be getting very short of breath lately, also I feeltightness in my chest, so I thought it would be wise to come inand see you.

P: It seems to have been getting worse over the last few weeks.D: Are you short of breath all the time or is it just when you walk
