Tic are new tools that allow theteaching various possibilities withmany advantages for better academicdevelopment, whereby it seeks toimplement a proposal with the designof an interactive digital magazine fordeveloping literacy skills in English asa foreign language sixth gradestudents at the school faith and JoyVilla de la Candelaria from Medellintic as a pedagogical mediators.This proposal demonstrates theproper use of tic increase interest insubjects like reading and writing inEnglish and the great contribution oflanguage in social interaction in sixthgrade students from the school, aremaking significant progress in raisingawareness and commitment amongviews, message content and students,which made it possible to plan andcarry out actions such as theappropriation of technologicalequipment of the institution and thecommunity.
