english percussion revolver
DESCRIPTION
This is a presentation delivered by Stephen Thomas to a monthly meeting of the Historical Breechloading Smallarms Association (HBSA) of Great Britain in London, UK. Website: www.hbsa-uk.org . This is a highly personal account of the English revolver and focuses on my collection. A fine and fancy ramble through English revolvers not a detailed treatise like Taylerson’s book. For example, I could have covered transitional revolvers, such as Lang’s. But unfortunately I turned down the opportunity to acquire a cased Lang’s revolver in near mint condition ten years ago, and I can’t bear to think about it now! Its like shall not be seen againTRANSCRIPT
