The FW511 is an intelligent photoelectric smoke detection device used with FW500/FW501 bases listed by ULin accordance with UL 268 and ULC-S529 standards for indoor fire protection systems. It features a slim designthat combines visual appeal with a high level of reliability. It responds quickly and reliably to a wide range offires. The detector includes a microcontroller unit (MCU) performing comprehensive self-diagnosis tests andanalysis of the results. The FW511 is intelligent, addressable and takes an address on the addressable loop(ALU) of the alarm control panel.

The FW511 addressable detector is not only cost-effective, but has also been designed by the best engineersin the industry and is one of the most reliable detectors on the market. While efficiency is our top priority, theFW511 has also been designed in style. Its slim and pleasing design blends easily into all interiors.

The FW521 is intelligent, addressableand takes an address on the detection loop (ALU) of the fire alarm control panel.

The FW831 provides two control relay outputsthat will be activated simultaneously. When

the outputs are enabled, the device LED indicatesthe condition of the event by a flashing red.

The contacts can support 30 V 2 Amp.

The FW821 provides a 24 VDC output in addition to a returninput switch. The input line is monitored for open-linefaults and ground faults, and the contact must be wiredwith an end-of-line resistor. The output line is monitoredfor open line, short-circuit faults, ground faults, loss of 24 VDCexternal power source, and end-of-line resistor is also required.

The FW811 input module monitors a single contact.The input circuit is monitored to detect open circuit andground faults. It is an addressable intelligent module that

takes an address on the addressable loop (ALU) of the firealarm panel.

The FW859 isolator module is designed for installations wheredisconnection or damage on a dwelling wiring will not interfere withthe ability of the audible devices to affect other dwelling units toactivate during an alarm. In this configuration, if a sound orsound/visual device in a dwelling has an open circuit or a shortcircuit, the control panel will indicate a zone problem. The FW859fits into a 4-square-inch square electric box. The FW859 providestwo supervised isolator outlets (two dwellings) with a capacity of200 mA per output. In this configuration, if the sound system has anopen circuit, the control panel will indicate a zone problem.
