Complete the projects from concept to completion effectively through first rate and cost efficient mean.

Establish and implement project plan, management of project budget and resources, revenues and profitability forecast.

Responsible to detect work barriers and suggest appropriate risk alleviation methods, initiate technical reviews, manage team allocation, organize qualified personnel for specified tasks and prepare monthly progress report.

Progress monitoring and liaising of the work with contractors and consultant to ensure timely delivery of project schedules implementing the necessary measures for proper & timely execution.

Take-off all quantities of materials and activities. (QS) Calculate precise quantities of lump-sum and inclusive items. Check the re-measured and provision items. Prepare comparison sheets between BOQ quantities and actual quantities. Prepare monthly payment application to client with supporting documents Preparing all document for material approval, dealing with Consultant
