For patients with heart disease, vital help in getting back to the lifestyle

Patients in our program include those who have had surgery or other
procedures and those who have been diagnosed with a cardiovascular
condition but have not had a surgical or interventional procedure. In
either case, cardiac rehabilitation uses education, nutrition counseling
and carefully supervised exercise to help patients get back to productive
and enjoyable lives. There are 3 phases where the physiotherapist work -
In- hospital, Out-Clinic & Maintenance phase
Who can participate? Cardiac Rehabilitation at Physio Lounge is
designed for the following patients:

• Recovering from coronary bypass or valve replacement surgery
• Following interventional cardiac procedures such as angioplasty and
stent placement
• Experiencing stable chest pain
• At high risk of heart disease

Performance enhancement assessment
Our team will provide you a scientifically developed tailored
programme for your specific sports/physical requirement to ensure
you get the greatest possible benefit. This program is led by our team
who will use an in-depth understanding of exercise physiology and
specific techniques that will enable you to maximize your fitness
without compromising on safety. Our international facility will be
open for use by individuals from activity enthusiasts to professional
athletes. This program includes:
• Baseline fitness, biomechanics, and body composition analysis.
• Formulation of a sport/activity-specific exercise program
• Postural correction and movement rectification.
Biomechanical assessment & movement analysis
Movement is result of posture, stability, coordination, muscular
strength, muscular flexibility, and a range of joint motion. A
biomechanical assessment is an in-depth assessment to locate the
weak components in the chain and direct treatment accordingly. This
assessment is also done at your Work Place / Office/ Industries for all
your lowers grade workers to top official (Workplace Wellness).
The assessment comprises the following:

• Strength and flexibility testing

Our Vo2 Max system allows us continuous monitoring of your aerobic

ANTE- NATAL / POST-NATAL CLINIC Most pregnant women experience discomforts and added stresses in
their bodies at various times during their pregnancy Hence, women
are discovering the benefits of having pregnancy classes along with
their husbands.
During Antenatal & Postnatal program, you will under-go specialized
Physiotherapy, Pilates, and Yoga to effectively and safely minimize
discomfort and strengthen your body towards optimal physical
condition whilst pregnant and then recondition your body post-
delivery. Few techniques like women's incontinence - pelvic floor
weakness – pre-and post-natal training - rehabilitation for post-
pregnancy complication will be included in this programme.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONINGWe adopt an exclusive integrated approach to improving muscular strength
during conditioning & rehabilitation phase for athletes / individuals of all
skill levels. This has been proven to reduce injuries, prevent & enhance
performance too. We tailor a program focusing on your body and your
muscle differences directly to your sport or fitness activity to gain benefits.
We work on your Agility, Core Strengthening, Balance, CrossFit etc.
Undertaking strength and conditioning program will give balance to muscle
differences, toughen up tendons and ligaments, tackle flexibility and reduce
injuries. A good diet plan will have a positive effect on your body's
performance with our in-house dietician
SPORTS MASSAGESports massage has many benefits. In addition to feeling good, it reduces the
heart rate and blood pressure, increases blood circulation and lymph flow,
reduces muscle tension, improves flexibility, and relieves pain. Each athletic
event uses muscle groups in a different way for their performance which
sometimes undergoes micro wear and tear which is created by muscle
tension & can be relieved by simple massaging the part with techniques like
Deep tissue or Flushing.

activity, or are training to reach the peak level of your sport, good nutrition is
