The technology of the TIG Brush with this unique new fluid TB-90, now delivers on this. BACKGROUND TB-90 was developed by Ensitech to work with the TIG Brush marking kit and the custom made stencils Ensitech provides, to produce a dark crisp edged mark on most grades of stainless steel within 10 seconds. For more information about the heat resistant stencils, please contact your Ensitech representative. CHEMISTRY PERFORMANCE: TB-90 Marking Fluid for Stainless Steel is a water- based formulation that has a concentrated level of marking actives and surface wetters. All ingredients are environmentally responsible and produce a non-dangerous easy to work with product. SAFETY: All Ensitech products are developed to maximise worker safety. TB-90 is non-hazardous and requires minimal personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensitech Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are created by the most reputable chemical safety organisation in Australia and should be consulted and well understood before using any Ensitech chemical. ENVIRONMENT: All ingredients are environmentally safe with either no environmental impact or biodegradable. The breakdown products also have no detrimental impact on the terrestrial or aquatic environments.

APPLICATIONPleaseconsulttheSDSbeforeuseandwearPPEasdirected.AftercleaningthesurfaceofthestainlesssteelworkwiththeTIGBrush,rinsethecleanedsurfacewithwater.• Attachtheearthclamptoyourworkpiece(stainlesssteeltobeetched).• Attachthemarkingheadadaptortothecarbonmarkinghead.• Screwthemarkingheadadaptorintothewandhandle.• Apply2inchoftheheatprooffeltwiththehardsidefacingtothemarkingheadusingtherubbero’ringsupplied.• SettheTIGBrushpowerdialtothe“MultiBrush”setting(forTBE-250modelssetpowerdialto“halfpower”)• Setthemodedialtothe“MarkingMode”.• Placethestencilontothestainlesstobemarked,securingittothestainlesswithmaskingtape,ensuringatight

flatapplication.• DiptheelectrodewiththefeltintotheTB-90StainlessSteelMarkingFluidensuringthatthefeltisfullywet.• PlacetheTIGBrushmarkingheadattachedontothestencil,usingslightpressureworkthemarkingheadoverthe

yellowarea(printablesection)ofthestencilinaslowsmoothmotion.• Removethestencilandwipetheawaytheexcessresiduewithaclean,dampmicrofibercloth.• FinishoffwithEnsitechTB-50FinishingFluid.• Cleanthestencilwithsoapywaterandrinsethoroughlywithwater.• Layflattodryandstoreflatuntilnextuse.

DISPOSALTB-90canbedisposedtoyourcouncilprovidedwastewatersystemviayoursewersystemwithoutharmtothesystemorenvironmentwithwaterdilution.SignificantamountsofTB-90willneedtobeneutralizedbeforedisposaltosewer.PleaseconsultwithyourEnsitechrepresentative.
