It is very important that you pack your item securely and sufficiently toprevent it from getting damaged on its travels. If this should happen, youwould not be able to apply for compensation. Please read the followingcarefully. Once you have packed your parcel, you can weight and measure itand order delivery.

When shipping items that have sharp edges and points, ensurethese are adequately protected. Heavy cardboard is suitable forthis. Fix the protective material securely so that it cannot beaccidentally removed in transit.

Other useful packaging tips

• Do not include any information indicating high value ofcontents on the address label or outer package.

• Do not exceed the weight specification of the shipmentcontainer.

• Do not attach multiple parcels together. All consignments willhave each individual box or parcel declared on the Booking inorder that the correct price and service can be provided to thecustomer. Under no circumstances should multiple boxes beattached together and sent as one parcel.

• Complete the address clearly and completely, using uppercaseletters when handwriting labels to improve readability forcourier personnel.

• Put an extra address label inside the package in case the oneyou attached on top of the box comes off.
