IMMEDIATE ACTION NECESSARY Please be aware that receipt of this communication is NOT confirmation that you have received affected product. This correspondence has been distributed as a courtesy notification of a general recall/withdrawal/hold situation. If customer locations received affected product, they will be contacted by the distribution company from which they purchased the affected product. If locations purchased this item(s), regardless of distributor, it is recommended that you check your inventory for affected product. Summary Entegra Supply Management and Product Quality Assurance have been carefully following the Kraft Foods Group voluntary recall of select code dates and manufacturing codes of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese boxed dinners due to possible metal pieces. This recall applies to retail size packages only that may be sold through C-store type operations or used for very low volume/individual service operations that require retail pack products. No other Kraft Macaroni Cheese items are affected. Please refer to the attached Kraft Recall notice and product images for reference. No foodservice items are involved; retail pack size only. See affected product packs and product box UPC codes below as well as the attached information supplied from Kraft Foods Group. Several of our C-Store distributors including the following have notified us that they are in the process of directly notifying our units of recalled products: F&T Distributing, S. Abrahams, Core Mark, and Farner-Bocken Company. There are likely additional distributors that will be notifying our units in the same manner as the recall develops. In the event that there are entegra locations that are affected, they will be or already have been contacted directly by their supplier/distributor. This process is required by law. U.S. – The direct notification by the shipper is regulated according to FDA Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) 21, Part 7, Section 7.49

Actions - Review your inventory for any of the recalled products. - If any of the product in question is in inventory, place the product on HOLD and retain any empty cases/shippers.

- Do not dispose of product unless specifically instructed by the supplier/distributor via formal notice.

- A supplier/distributor representative will contact your location to arrange for product replacement and/or credit. - If you have any questions regarding this recall action, please contact your supplier/distributor representative immediately.

Please be aware that this RECALL is being made with the knowledge of the USDA, therefore you may be contacted as part of their effectiveness check program.

Important: This Food Safety Notice is a courtesy notification being sent to you on behalf of entegra Procurement Services. Facilities that receive any of the actual recalled/withdrawn products from an approved entegra supplier will be contacted directly by the company that delivered the product to your facility. The direct notification by the shipper is regulated according to FDA Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) 21, Part 7, Section 7.49
