Call Center Dispatch

Will Be Designated Driver has employed a technology-based dispatch vendor that can handle our national call center toll-free line.

Having an effective and reliable answering service dispatch system is an important component of any service business. A dispatch answering service must be prompt, polite, organized, and able to deal efficiently with customers. Correctly handling message dispatching can be the difference between life and death for a business, especially small ones that are looking to make a good impression on first-time customers. Our vendor guarantees reliable and effective telephone answering, customer service, and message dispatching through their highly trained professional receptionists.

Zip-Code Zoning

Once youve registered your Charter agreement with Will Be Designated Driver, you will be sent your Charter in a Box package. In this package are the registration forms to set-up your answering and dispatch service. Choose up to 5 zip codes with your new business! The caller is asked for their zip-code for dispatching to the area in which you serve.

Greeting the Client

Our dispatch service will handle the initial call and deliver a text message, email, and even a transfer to your driver. You will NEVER miss a call with this unique design. Upon receipt of the message, youll be able to handle the callers request quickly, as the Dispatch service will let you know in advance which service the caller is requesting and their location.

Book the Event

You will be able to make your reservations over the phone and take a credit card for your protection. Through this program, you may provide private party transportation (such as birthdays and wedding, Girls night out, or bachelor/bachelorette parties, impromptu calls, and token reservations.

Execute the service with FUN Atmosphere

One of the key components of this Program is being a part of the party to make things safe & fun! We allow balloons, birthday presents, and theme related attire for special events. Were not just a designated driver, were APART OF THE FUN! After all, we want them to use our service over and over again its the mission that matters.

While working together as a team to take this program National, our Program will qualify and be eligible for numerous Federal and State Grants in which our Corporate Headquarters will apply. When grant funds are awarded, the program will create eligibility criteria based on your ability to generate Corporate Sponsors and hold successful fundraisers.

The organization allocates percentage-based grant funds relative to the number of Charters and their respective Level of Achievement (i.e., Level 1, 2, 3, or 4). The higher the level, the higher percentage of grant funds youre allocated. All monies raised from Corporate Sponsors are deposited to Corporate.

Small, local-based fundraisers and your fee-based services are yours to keep, provided you are recognized as a 501c 3 non-profit by the IRS; however, must be reported to Corporate.

Many philanthropy institutions including those in private, and Federal and State agencies have specific accountability requirements for program effectiveness and community impact, should they issue grant funds for a program. Will Be Designated Driver, Inc. provides our Chartered members with the tools necessary for appropriately measuring program impact in their area. In the grants and non-profit world, measuring program impact is an essential part of the services to a community. Reporting the number of passengers within specific time frames allows for an analytical and statistical measurement for the basis of reporting to our constituents. Without this data, the sponsors of our Program will never know the value of their support. Thus, reporting back to them on your overall success in executing your mission is equally important as their donated dollars.

Our mission is to assist local policing authorities by applying countermeasures to mitigate alcohol-impaired driving, thereby, keeping the citizens of our community and their families safe.
