Entering and Posting Grades for Semester Courses 1. Gradebook top tab 2. Click on the appropriate class 3. Scores side tab 4. Set Grade Columns to Post Columns Term and set Term to Q2 5. Click on Update Post Columns and a new screen opens 6. Set Grade Term to Q2 and Grades to Update will automatically change to Term Grades for all students - then click next

  • Entering and Posting Grades for Semester Courses

    1. Gradebook top tab 2. Click on the appropriate class 3. Scores side tab

    4. Set Grade Columns to Post Columns Term and set Term to Q2 5. Click on Update Post Columns and a new screen opens

    6. Set Grade Term to Q2 and Grades to Update will automatically change to Term Grades for all students - then click next

  • 7. Term 2 Grade set to Average Q2, leave the others to the default - click next

    8. Click Finish

  • 9. Update the T2 Comment columns

    10. Final Exam (FYI the final can only equal 100% no bonus points can be added to this grade)

    11. Click on the Update button to calculate the Final Grade

    When you feel your grades are correct you will want to click the Post Grades Button. (at any time you can overwrite grades but if you do the is a red circle with a line through it will appear)

    12. Post Grades a new window will open click ok - your push pins should change from Green to Red
