2. What do you need from client, stakeholder and any external dependency that will help you deliver a quality

3. What exactly do you do in Solution development, Business roadmap, can you let us know some general work
items, key milestones and deliverables chalked on the roadmap.
4. What are the logistics and channels of ordering your service and what are the payment methods, big or small,
one day service or spending a whole year with you?
5. What are the typical data you need from clients while they place an order for your services and what do you do
with that data?
6. What are the typical intervals of delivery and what do you expect to offer at each stage?
7. If there are no go or further job is denied what will you do?
8. How do you address different types of clients: IT service provider, Clients with IT Dept, Clients without IT
Dept, Non –IT clients and other segments?
9. How do you custom tailor your solutions to exact needs of the Industry, standard platform and known talent
base; and for non standard talent base ; for talent base that pretends to be intelligent but not; how are the
decisions taken at all levels be monitored for analysis and control mechanisms to control crime, corruption and
bias.
10. How do you fit your services in taxonomy of matrix that can include top and leaf levels? Industry, Org matrix,
Domain, Dept, Client types etc
11. Do you to propose to bring about Organizational change with your new culture and ideas of value creation?
12. How can you scale your Enterprise service/ product say from one person managing it to say 100,000 people?

16. How do you manage productivity and measure it so that there is no adulteration in the system that can produce
adverse effects for you?

17. In your words how do you state a clean, corruption free, zombie free environment? What do you feel that can
corrupt the system and how do you manage to keep the system clean
18. Can you provide us with the set of deliverables, typically your recommendations to the Enterprise, Project
details, Partner components, Contract details, Case study, References and Background checks?
19. Who will sign for your work quality and how are your supervisors identified, do they have better qualification,
experience, sincerity that they can be trusted upon?
20. Who do you think are the typical investors in your service and what are the reasons you provide for them to
invest in you?
21. If there are issues in any of the engagements due to purposeful withdrawal, injection of corruption how do you
handle that?
22. If you are going to abandon the project what are the tasks you will take to assure that the end users and
stakeholders are not affected?
23. Do you have any tie ups with R&D labs and Universities that can guide you in the theoretical soundness of your
proposed project.
