INTRODUCTIONB.S Engineering Metal Workshop is a renowned name of Metal business in Masbar, Pokhara. Mr. Narayan Baral is the owner of this workshop. B.S Workshop was established in 2070 with an objective to provide services to its customers. Earlier this workshop used to be operated in a small area. Now with the increasing profit the area is little bigger than previous one. Initial invested capital was about 10 lakhs but now within 1 year it has increased to double. As every entrepreneurs had to face a challenge in business, this metal workshop also faced some challenges. But it considers challenges as opportunities and this is the reason it has been able to build image. It focuses on customers desires and receives the order from customers and designs as per their wish. This metal workshop has been providing employment opportunities to many people directly and indirectly. Altogether 7-8 employees work here. Employees are well motivated as they are given handsome wages with a place to live in. The target places of this metal workshop is constructing houses, buildings, schools, hospitals. It manufactures steel, iron, metal doors and windows, tables and also pipelines as well that are required which building houses. This workshop has been able to win the heart of customers of Pokhara.

OBJECTIVES1. To evaluate the profitability position of the Business.2. To maintain the update information regarding the entrepreneurs in Nepal and how they work.3. To analyze the strength, weakness and improve if any.

METHODOLOGIESBoth primary and secondary sources were used in order to collect the information. Primary sourcesWe had a direct personal interview with the owner and employees. Informations regarding the business was collected from interview.

Secondary sourcesAlong with primary sources, secondary sources were also used. Informations regarding the workshop was collected from the local magazines, books etc.

ENTREPRENEURIAL PROCESS FOLLOWED IN B.S ENGINEERING METAL WORKSHOPFrom this case study of B.S Engineering Metal Workshop, the entrepreneurial process used can be summarized as follows with the help of reference model of entrepreneurial process as provided.

SUGGESTIONSBS Engineering workshop need to extend its product line and it shouldnt restrict in manufacturing certain products only. It need to increase its capital investment so that more people can be made employed. After this, this workshop is sure to be renowned not only in Pokhara but in many parts of the country.

CONCLUSIONThere are many entrepreneurs all over Nepal. Their talent need to be identified as entrepreneurs are the one who can change the face of the country. Unemployment problem can be solved from entrepreneurships. Government need to be attentive and need to take action in encouraging the entrepreneurs in Nepal. There are many entrepreneurs in Nepal whose small effort can change the whole countrys economy. Entrepreneurs should be always motivated.
