A printable summary sheet for all categories (Music, Speech & Visual Arts) is available on the CPLS website.
Judge’s sheet music should be an original copy (no photocopies) and should be labeled with
student’s name and school.
Measures should be numbered and deviations from printed music clearly marked.
Print out the appropriate Judging Form from the CPLS website, then fill out and bring with you to
your performance.
