Increased temperatures impact more than just the polar bears.

Frogs Global warming has

increased evaporation rates in many mountainous regions causing denser clouds thus cooling areas and allowing for disease to spread. According to scientists at National Geographic almost a third of the 5,743 known amphibian species are in decline.

Chipmunks

Chipmunks and other hibernating animals face risks when temperatures rise. Scientists have found that some animals wake up from hibernation earlier while others, such as chipmunks, are not hibernating at all. http://l.yimg.com/g/images/spaceball.gif

Birds

The rise in global temperatures can cause seasons to come earlier thus causing birds to breed earlier. As a result food is not readily available causing fewer birds to breed and survive.

Corals

Increased temperatures cause bleaching of corals in which they expel their photosynthetic pigments without which they will starve. This increase can be as slight as 1.5–2°C for as few as six weeks before corals are affected.
