County Regulatory • SLCO Airport Preserve Areas (218 ac) • All new development is requirement to mitigate trees at a
ratio of 2:1 or preserve 25 percent of the native habitat onsite
• Preserve Area Monitoring and Management Plans and conservation easements are required for the 25 percent set aside option
• Permits are required to remove any vegetation in unincorporated St Lucie County and permit fees and fines from these are utilized for land management and acquisitions
