The belowtables provide you with the standardsettings for temperature, cooking timeand shelf position. If you cannot find the settings for aspecial recipe, look for the similar one.The oven has a special system whichcirculates the air and constantly recyclesthe steam. With this system you cancook in a steamy environment and keepthe food soft inside and crusty outside. Itdecreases the cooking time and energyconsumption.

Baking cakesDo not open the oven door before 3/4 ofthe set cooking time is up.If you use two baking trays at the sametime, keep one empty level betweenthem.Cooking meat and fishUse a deep pan for very fatty food toprevent the oven from stains that can bepermanent.Leave the meat for approximately 15minutes before carving so that the juicedoes not seep out.To prevent too much smoke in the ovenduring roasting, add some water into thedeep pan. To prevent the smokecondensation, add water each time afterit dries up.Cooking timesCooking times depend on the type offood, its consistency, and volume.Initially, monitor the performance whenyou cook. Find the best settings (heatsetting, cooking time, etc.) for yourcookware, recipes and quantities whenyou use this appliance.
