Attendance in Training-Workshop on Regional Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (RMEA)-Division Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (DMEA)

To: Schools Division Superintendent Chiefs, SGOD & CID Accountant Ill SEPS - SMM&E

1. Pursuant to the Regional Memorandum No. 019, s. 2019, the Regional Office through the Quality Assurance Division (QAD) will conduct a Two-Day Training-Workshop on Regional Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (RMEA)-Division Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (DMEA) on February 26-27, 2019, which training venue is to be announced.

2. This activity aims to: • capacitate on DMEA Process; • equip on the preparation of DMEA using MEA Templates; • familiarize RMA-DMEA Process; and • establish Quality Management Team (QMT)

3. The following are the participants:

This is to further inform the participants to bring the following: a) Division Education Development Plan (DEDP); b) Work and Financial Plan, 4th Quarter of FY 2018 (CID, SGOD & OSDS, if possible) C) 01 Quarter 2018 Accomplishment Report (CID, SGOD, OSDS, if possible); and d) 4th Quarter 2018 Financial Accomplishment Report (allotted funds and Utilized Funds

of CID, SGOD and OSDS)

5. Food, hotel accommodation, and other expenses related to the conduct of this activity shall be charged against Regional Office and HRD Funds, while transportation of the participants are charged against local Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations

6. For information and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.

1. Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9155"Governance of the Basic Education Act of 2001 " , regionalized Education Governance for Quality Assurance of all operations in Programs, Activities, and Projects of the Basic Education Development Plan of Region XI in attaining good governance condition and compliant to the mandates of the Department of Education through Quality Management System (QMS); and strengthening compliance to Executive Order (EO) No.605: institutionalizing Structure, Mechanism and Standards to implement the Government Quality Management Program.
