SUB-STATION MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

1. Condition assessment of substation assets to arrive at any corrective maintenance. a. Non-invasive Partial discharge test to ensure health of high voltage insulators to

prevent flashovers. b. Thermal imaging of exposed current carrying parts to rule out loose

connections/hotspots and prevent failures/fire incidents. c. Break down voltage and Dissolved gas analysis tests of insulating oil in transformers

and oil circuit breaker.2. Visual inspection to ensure operational safety and public safety.3. Preventive and Corrective maintenance of assets to ensure their reliability. a. Bus bars maintenance – Cleaning, tightness, insulation, resistance tests. b. Breakers maintenance – Cleaning, Lubrication, time tests, relay tests, trip tests,
