The new affordable servicefrom the No.1 propertyadvice charity for the UKvoluntary sector.● Helps save money with cheaperenergy bills.

● Reduces your carbon footprint& minimises disruption.

● Explains mandatory requirements.

● Secures an Energy PerformanceCertificate rating of E or above.

In 2018 a major change in propertylaw means landlords need toensure their buildings comply withthe Energy Act. This meets withthe Minimum Energy EfficiencyStandards (MEES) and certifies everyproperty has an Energy PerformanceCertificate (EPC) rating of E or above.
