Dear Creditors,
Accord Associates Denver, Ltd will no longer be representing Epic Media Group, LLC or manag-
ing any of its affairs otherwise and in fact has not since April 12, 2013. The company was to
have communicated directly to creditors shortly after that termination of representation but for
some reason has not done so. Accord regretfully can no longer be of useful service in this matter
despite an exhaustive best effort to maintain communication and coordinate account informa-
tion with the hundreds of creditors involved. From this point forward creditors will need to
communicate directly with Epic and its shareholders at:
