Abstract: Europlanet NA1 website will introduce the project and especially NA1 activities for wider audiences and offers intranet services for the NA1 core team and EU project personnel. NA1 website and Data Repository located on the website includes all NA1 related public and internal (confidential) documents, data products and other material.

1 Europlanet NA1 Website and Data Repository

1.1 Website and Data Repository Content Management System (CMS)

Europlanet NA1 website and data repository are maintained and developer by using

Open Source TYPO3 CMS (Content Management System) version 7.2.2. TYPO3

CMS has been widely used and it provides the basis for websites, intranets and

web/mobile applications.

The access rights for the Europlanet NA1 TYPO3 CMS backend/development

environment are controlled by the website administrator Mr. Harri Haukka

(harri.haukka@fmi.fi). There are no plans to give backend access rights outside the

team and, excluding Mr. Haukka (the administrator), only non-admin access rights are

given to Europlanet NA1 WP leaders. This decision is based on the security and

personal/institutional data protection matters.

1.2 Website Location and Address

Europlanet NA1 website is located on the secured FMI servers. These servers are

maintained by the FMI Information Technology department.

Websites public address is http://fmispace.fmi.fi/index.php?id=na1epn2020 that

includes the public website section and intranet section. Intranet section (frontend) is

only for project participants.

1.3 Open Access Repository

All NA1 generated public data will be located on the “Meetings and workshops”,

“Milestones and Deliverables” and “Exchange Program” subpages. From these pages,

general public can find all documentation and data related to the organized meeting

and/or workshop. This includes e.g.:

Reports

Presentations

Minutes of the meetings

Links to the third party pages (e.g. workshops)

Accepted Expert Program applications

o including the purpose of the visit information

o See figure 2.1

Public project deliverables

List of accepted and confirmed NA1 workshops (related to the “Propose

NA1 Workshop” -form)

All other data related to the NA1

In addition to the list above, NA1 intranet website includes following

3 Development Plan

Europlanet NA1 website (both public and internal) will be updated regularly. For the

general public the most visible parts of the website that will be updated are “NA1

News” and “Meetings and Workshops” –websites.

For project internal work, the “Meetings, Reports and Presentations” -page will be

updated when meetings are held. Also the “Workshop Matrix [XLSX]” and “NA1

Impact Factors Matrix [XLSX]” Excel files will be updated regularly.
