About Us

TPC FZE - a part of Bhatia Brothers Group of Companies was established

more than four decades ago. It has been serving the dynamic, vibrant and

aggressive needs of the Oil &Gas, Water, Power and Marine Industries in the

region

TPC FZE supplied its first chemical injection skid in 2001 to BP/ARCO in ALRayyan Field, Qatar , since the date TPC-FZE have supplied over 1500

chemical injection skids to various end-users in the ME, Africa and CIS

TPC FZE has a rich and diverse experience of the execution cycle of different

types of chemical injection packages for applications in O&G, Power, Water,Steel plant etc

TPC-FZE is an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization for manufacturing,

testing, supply, installation and commissioning of Chemical Injection

Types of Chemical Injection Packages

Electrical CIP

API 675 plunger, control volume pumps with high accuracy and head

multiplexing capability, flow rates from 0.04 2000 LPH & process pressure

up to 9000 PSIG

Flow rate adjustment through eccentric stroke length reducer OR through

VFD

Full system is ATEX approved & suitable for hazardous area, ideal forinjection of combustible substances (methanol, jetfuel etc.)

Can be provided with process analyzers like PH, ORP, Conductivity and

Chlorine analyzer.

Chemical tanks as per ASME VIII

Pneumatic CIP

Pneumatically powered & gas driven positive displacement

reciprocating injection pumps.

Flow rates from 0.02 to 1800 LPH & process pressure up to

20,000 PSIG.

Different configuration for the pumps on chemical injectionpackages

Multi-point injection systems

ATEX certified packages for hazardous area

Solar Powered CIP

System utilized external solar panels to charge high

performance batteries, which energies as DC motors on the

pumps or on the air compressor.

50 to 120 Watt PV panel (may be remotely mounted)

Weather proof enclosures ideal for remote areas

Flow rates between 0.4 and 6.3 G / day up to 1500 psig.

Continuously working, 24 hr / day
