testingThe equipment is shipped to the customer already prearranged for being installed after having passed tests and testings envisaged by the manufacturer in compliance with the regulations in force.

Warrantyduring the 12-month warranty, raiMondi s.p.a. undertakes to supply, free of charge, those parts of its production found to be defective, in terms of material or processing.such parts will have to be returned to raiMondi s.p.a., shipped carriage free.By warranty, we mean supply of defective parts, if any.

the warranty does not cover all the expenses as to travel, board, lodging, transport and manpower concerning the replacement of parts by the raiMondi s.p.a. technicians, which will be charged entirely on the Customer.the warranty does not cover all the parts subject to wear.

as to purchased components, the supplier warranty will apply.no compensation will be granted for expenses, damages or loss of profits incurred by customer.

Installing commercial parts not complying with RAIMONDI S.p.A. specifications – if marketed – or not supplied by RAIMONDI S.p.A. – if manufactured by it – shall make the warranty void as well as using the equipment improperly.

responsibilityRAIMONDI S.p.A. shall not be held liable for any anomalies in the operation or generic failures deriving from the unauthorized use of the equipment or interventions and/or modifications carried out by external people not authorized by RAIMONDI S.p.A.

1.2 environmental conditions

The environmental operation conditions of equipment must be the following:

temperature +10°C ÷ +55°C (50°f ÷ 131°f) Humidity 10% ÷ 90% (not condensed)

Environmental conditions different than the ones specified herein may cause serious damage to the equipment.

3. dealer where the equipment was purchased;4. receipt for item purchased certifying the date of purchase by the user.

2.1 safety general rules

the rUles listed BelOW mUst Be read careFUllY in Order FOr them tO BecOme an essential Part OF the dailY Practice in the Use and maintenance OF all the Pieces OF eQUiPment tO PreVent anY Kind OF accident tO PeOPle and/Or damaGes tO thinGs.

1. Never try to use the equipment until its operation has been clearly understood.2. in case of doubts, despite having carefully and entirely read this manual, please contact the raiMondi s.p.a. technical

service.3. Make sure that all provisions relating to safety are known by the whole personnel involved in the use of the equipment.4. Before using the equipment, the operator must check any presence of visible defects on the safety devices and equipment.

In that case immediately notify any apparent damage RAIMONDI S.p.A. or the nearest Technical Service Center.5. Never use the equipment before having notified and moved away all personnel in the vicinity of it.6. daily check the correct operation of all the safety devices and switches.7. safety devices shall never be removed nor made ineffective.8. during maintenance, adjustment or repair interventions, it might be necessary to disable some of the safety devices.

this operation shall be carried out by authorized personnel only.9. the operator shall be familiar with the function and position of the stOP and start buttons.10. replace parts deemed to be broken with original spare parts, warranted by the manufacturing company.11. never try reckless solutions!12. do not wear clothes, ornaments or accessories that might get entangled in the moving members.13. always wear protective glasses, hearing protectors, particulate respirator suitable for the product to be worked and

any other personal protection equipment in the areas where such equipment is required.14. Pay the utmost attention to all the signs of precaution, warning and danger placed on the equipment.15. always comply with and ensure compliance with the safety rules; in case of doubts, please consult this manual again

before taking any action.16. The equipment must be solely used for its intended uses and according to what was established with raimOndi s.p.a.

by contract.

dO nOt Use the eQUiPment FOr diFFerent Uses than the Ones sPeciFied in this manUal. dO nOt WOrK PrOdUcts diFFerent than the Ones Written in this manUal.

Improper use of the equipment may result in dangers for the personnel in charge of operating it and may damage the equipment as well.

For any problem that may arise during the operating life of equipment and that is not covered by the following technical documentation, it shall be necessary to contact our Technical Customer Service in order to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

the manufacturer estimates a life of 15.000 hours of operation under normal conditions of use.When the life cycle is over, the company using the tool must dispose of it by fully complying with the regulations in force. It must first empties it of the lubricating fluids and thoroughly clean the various elements, then disassemble the different pieces making up the equipment. After having disassembled the equipment according to the previous disassembly procedure, the various materials must be separated pursuant to what it is provided for by the regulations of the Country where the equipment must be disposed of. The equipment does not contain any hazardous components or substances requiring special procedures of disposal.

The following safety-related terms are used in this manual:

dangerous area every zone inside and/or in proximity of the equipment where the presence of an exposed person poses a risk for the safety and health of this personnel.

3.1 Packing transport

Before using the equipment make sure there are no broken, worn-out or damaged parts. Should that be the case, promptly replace them. In order to replace those parts, carefully follow the instructions contained in this manual.

Place the clip bar (a) and the extension bar (B) on a surface so that handles (c) are at the ends of the two bars.

Loosen handles (d) and position the suction cup unit (e) so that it juts out half from the clip bar (a).

Fit the extension bar (F) onto the suction cup unit (e) and fully tighten handles (d); check the proper, safe seal of the two bars connection. Then position the suction cup units (G) and (h) according to the dimensions of the material to be handled.

Use of two modules

In order to handle the slab it is recommended to use two parallel, equidistant modules placed on the slab with handles directed toward the middle of the slab.

The cross bar couple is made up of two rules outfitted with suction cups; the system ensures a greater rigidity and grip to “EASY-MOVE” even in case of sectioned slabs.

The cross bar kit accessory for “EASY-MOVE” is made up of a series of units which interact so that they always work effectively. The identifiable units are the following:

7.1.1.b assembly of cross bars

In order to obtain the different assembly configurations insert the connecting angle bars (a) onto the bars of “EASY-MOVE” (B) and – once positioned – clamp the knobs (c). Loosen the knobs of suction cup units, replace and clamp them. If need be, loosen the knobs of supports, position them correctly and tighten them.

Take the components out of the packing and make sure there are no broken or damaged parts; position the two uprights (a) and cross bar (B) on a flat surface. Install the cross bar, making sure it is positioned in the middle of the two uprights and at right angle.

By means of a suitably sized wrench, tighten the fixing screws (c) of the cross bar; then loosen the clips (d) by rotating them by 90° and tighten the screws (e).

Fit handles (F) into the external seats of uprights (a) and insert handles until clips have been inserted into the middle hole (G) and clamp handles (h). Pull clips out (i) and insert feet (l) into the cross bar (B) up beside the second hole (m).

Position the device on the dolly (Q) so that the wheel with brake (r) is on the same side as handles (s) of suction cups.

Place the two modules on a flat surface and position the handles (t) of a module internally and the ones of the second module externally. Pull handles out (t) until they reach the outermost position indicated by the hole (U). Draw the two modules close until handles are fitted into the opposite module.

Position the two modules so that handles are equitably inserted into the two modules with reference to the holes (U), which must remain visible. Fully tighten the handles (h). Position the device on the dolly (Q) so that the wheel with brake (r) is on the same side as handles (s) of suction cups.

“FREE-MOVE” is outfitted with telescopic handles and feet in order to allow the operator to take out the slabs inside the wooden crates or installing them alongside walls.

If slabs packing calls for it, minimize the projection of handles (a) by acting on handles (B); minimize the projection of feet (c) by inserting clips (d) and clamping knobs (e). Position “FREE-MOVE” in the middle of the slab.

By pressing the suction cup unit clamp levers (F) to lock suction cups and check the perfect tightness. By means of handles (G) lift the slab as much as it is required to rotate it by 90° and place it so that feet (c) are disengaged with reference to the slab below and place it on the long side of the wooden crate.

Loosen knobs (e) and pull the clip (d) out, then extract feet (c) up to beside the first hole; insert the clip (d) and clamp the knob (e). Loosen knobs (h) of the safety hooks (i) and move away the hook until you are out of the slab area.

Rotate and insert the safety hook (i) on the slab edge (l). Loosen handles (B) and pull out handles (G) until they jut out the slab approximately 20 cm (7” 7/8) so that the clip goes inside the hole, and fully tighten handles (B).

Lift the slab by means of handles (G).

Position the two dollies (m) at approximately 2 mt (6,6’) from the slab beside feet (c), making sure that the wheels with brake (n) are on the opposite side with reference to slab. Bring the slab in vertical position and place the feet (c) to the ground; lift the slab and insert the feet into the seats placed in the middle of dollies (m); disengage the wheel brake and bring the slab into the installation area.

employment“BM180” is used to process slabs up to 1.5 mt. (5’) x 1.8 mt. (5.9’). Bench is modular, and by coupling two benches slabs up to 1.5 mt. (5’) x 3.6 mt. (11.8’) can be processed.

Take the components out of the packing, and make sure there are no broken or damaged parts. Assemble the 4 legs (a) into the supports (B) and fully tighten knobs (c). Position an aluminum slat (d) in the middle of support (e), and fully tighten the knob (F).

Lift the structure and fasten the stecca (d) to the other support, and fully tighten the knob. Assemble the remaining aluminum slats. Adjust the feet (G) in order to obtain a stable worktop.

3.2.1 Joining more benches

Draw two or more benches close and couple them by means of the suitable brackets. Make sure that feet are adjusted to the correct height in order to form a stable surface.

Two slats of the surface can be adjusted according to the type of processing to be carried out.

in case of cutting by means of “Free-cUt” cutter, it is recommended to perform the cuts alongside the slats in aluminum. if need be, two slats can be drawn close in order to have a greater work bench.

in case of cutting by means of “Free-FleX”, it is recommended to position the bar so that the disc passes between the two slats (a).
