Apple MacBook Pro

• I have used this laptop before, in school previously, but now I own one which means its easier for me to do work. • Work was mostly completed at home, but some of it was created in school.

Apple Mac and External Mouse

• These pieces of equipment were used when I edited our opening sequence. • I used the Apple Mac as it has the Final Cut Pro package that I needed to edit with, plus it had a larger screen which made it easier to see small details in my footage. • I used an external mouse as it was much easier to control than a trackpad.

Nikon D3200

• I used the Nikon D3200 for Reece pictures and costume/ location notes as a record for me to use in our paperwork and show development. • I own the camera so I had easy access to it and knew how to use it so no problems occurred. • I used the camera to also film my sequence with, as it has great quality (24.2 megapixels) and it has great internal sound even though I have an external mic.

Rode VideoMic Pro

• I used an external mic which I attached to the camera I filmed on, so I could have a better sound quality as the internal mic of the camera wouldn't pick up all the sound I wanted, such as quiet dialogue and internal camera noises.

USB Cable

• I used the USB cable to connect the camera to the Apple Mac, so I could transfer my footage from the sim card, to Final Cut Pro to allow me to edit what I had filmed.

Tripod

• I used a tripod for my camera when recording so that my shots didn't shake and allowed for continuity between shots. It was easy to use and used for shots like over the shoulder, when it wasn't appropriate to use the camera by hand.

SD Memory Card

• I used the SanDisk SD memory card in my camera to help with storage. It allowed me to take a lot of photos so I could choose between them to find then best quality photos out of all of them.• It also saved all the shots that I filmed for the sequence, which was then easy to transfer over to the editing computer.
