the AltA xl centering device associated with the AltA Nx edger can undertake any job, even the most diffi cult:grooved or drilled lenses, or with a high curvature with an extreme fl exibility…!

4 dimensions

The new ScanformTM generation traces the shape of the frame in 3 dimensions and the frame thickness, for each eye, without any risk of compression or distortion. Tracing in 4 dimensions guarantees the accuracy and the aesthetics of the fi nished job. If the stylus slips out of the groove, tracing is resumed without need of intervention. The data from the tracer are used to ensure the best bevel position on the lens for fast, high quality work.

pROs: detection of drilling holes

Demo lenses and patterns are instantly identifi ed by the optical recognition system. The shape, type of lens, axis and optical centre, drilling coordinates(holes, notches and slots) are immediately recognized, without prior tracing of the frame. You may memorize 500 jobs with their lens shapes and drilling coordinates.

dIGIfORM: Total control of frames

With our Digiform software you can modify existing shapes and also create your own assemblies. It also allows very simple adaptation of progressive lenses.

Adhesion and twisting resistance are eye Pad key points.

Superior adhesion to a variety of lens types (mineral, CR39TM, polycarbonate, TrivexTM), multi coats (hydrophobics…), blocks and edged shapes, Eye Pad signifi cantly improve axis performances : the accuracy becomes a constant.

Developed for high speed edgers (lab), these adhesives decrease the twisting risks whatever the edging speed is.
